MediaTek LinkIt development platform for RTOS offers an SDK with different releases for licensed and public users. 

The usage and architecture of both releases are the same. The release for licensed customers contains additional features and tools for commercial application and device production.

You can also download standalone packages for each development tool.

SDK for Licensed Users

If you are a licensed user of IoT chipsets, including MT2523, MT2533, MT7687, MT7697, and MT7682, download your LinkIt SDK from MediaTek Online to get access to additional tools and SDK features.

SDK for Public Users

If you are not a licensed customer, download the public version of LinkIt SDK here. The public version of SDK supports MT7687, MT7697 and MT2523.

Major Changes

  • The SDK is packed in .7z format starting from this version. Install the 7zip tool to unpack it.
  • The name of MT2523 Flash Tool is changed to IoT flash tool. It now supporting MT2523x and MT7682 chipsets.
  • The deprecated Bluetooth middleware under <sdk_root>/middleware/MTK/bluetooth_BA will be removed from this version.
  • Some module paths have breaking changes. Read the release note to know how to migrate SDK v4.3 projects to SDK v4.5.
